イベント ID 1015 が出力されるのは、ターミナル サーバー セッションを使用して Office プログラムを起動している場合のみです。このため、この手順は、ターミナル サーバー コンソールで実行する必要があります。
- ターミナル サーバー クライアント セッションを開始し、ユーザーとしてログオンします。
- [スタート] ボタンをクリックし、[ファイル名を指定して実行] をクリックします。[名前] ボックスに msiexec /unreg と入力し、[OK] をクリックします。
